We are a leading company in the sector of press-formed parts and profiles for modular construction, mobile homes, and metal constructions in general, and we have had a presence in national and international markets for over 30 years.
The main headquarters and production site are located south of Arezzo, on an area of 60,000 m2, of which 6,500 m2 are covered, easily reachable in a few minutes from the Monte San Savino (A1) motorway exit.

What we do
Cutting-edge computerized management allows continuous control of every phase of the production cycle, from coil cutting to after-sales.
Our production lines allow us to create profiles up to a maximum length of 12 meters in different types of steel (black, pickled, galvanized, pre-painted, stainless steel, and aluminum), possibly in a structural version and with thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 5 mm.
The drilling process that precedes bending or profiling, cutting to size, and possible assembly, both mechanically and via welding, allows the creation of a product ready for the final application.

The traceability of the material is guaranteed in all production phases, from the coil to the packaging, using a labeling and/or bar code system.

Tailor Made solutions

Lightweight container of extreme ease and speed of assembly, which can be used for storing and storing materials.
Corrugated metal sheets
The two models of corrugated roofing sheets we produce, 38/1000 and 38/1000A (1000 mm pitch and 38 mm height of the corrugation), have been specifically designed for the light modular construction sector.
Our processing technologies
Our main activity is to provide our customers with semi-finished products, directly cutting the coils into sheets or strips internally to optimize costs and respond to the needs of our customers in a short time.
Cutting line
The coils are cut directly in our factory thanks to our flattening and slitting lines; in this way, we can benefit from and speed up subsequent processing.
Punching
The four automatic punching machines (two from tape and two from sheet) ensure the possibility of satisfying every request of the end customer, be it simple or more complex, thanks to punches and matrices of standard or special shapes based on the design that wants to get.
Bending/Roll-forming
Our bending department has 11 numerically controlled bending machines (from 2 meters up to 12 metres) equipped with bending angle control to guarantee precision and consistency of the bending angle. Therefore, we can carry out different processes, including even the most particular ones, such as flattening.
Laser cutting
The latest generation Trumpf Laser technology of our two systems allows us to execute profiles, even complex ones, and work tubulars with excellent cutting quality, free of burrs and which do not require further processing or further finishing interventions on the piece. The strength and flexibility of our continuous cycle lasers allow you to work indifferently on small, medium and large series.
Welding/Assembly
A strong point of EB Metal is the mechanical assembly and welding department, in line with the technological and quality standards of the most modern companies in the sector. To support these departments there is an electrical system that guarantees power and stability.
Warehouse
The coils we purchase from the main Italian and European steelworks are stored in our covered warehouse after being labeled and registered in our management system. Our warehouse has overhead cranes for handling coils and strips in maximum safety.
