Bending and Profiling
Our bending department has 11 numerically controlled bending machines (from 2 meters up to 12 meters) equipped with bending angle control to guarantee the precision and consistency of the bending angle. Therefore, we can carry out different processes, including even the most particular ones, such as flattening.
For “series” processing of multi-bend profiles, we can study and evaluate with our customers the possibility of a mold being mounted on the presses in such a way as to speed up the creation of the profile since multiple bends can be made simultaneously.
Our profiling lines (2 for open profiles and 1 for corrugated sheets), complete with in-line punching machines, allow us to produce different profiles, from the most common ones to the more specific ones, according to the needs of our customers.
