Custom profiles and tubes
Before each offer, our technical office evaluates the feasibility of the project. If difficulties are encountered in the implementation, a different solution is proposed to the Customer, always with a view to sharing the choices.
Starting from certified 1st-choice coils purchased from the main national steel mills, the requested profiles are created in different types of steel (galvanized, pickled, black, pre-painted, stainless steel, aluminum.), quality (structural and non-structural) ,and thicknesses (from 0.5 mm to 5 mm). All semi-finished products can be made with holes, notches, 45° cuts, eand mbossing.
Laser cutting systems allow us to work with steel profiles of thicknesses up to 25 mm tubes of different geometries (round, square, and rectangular) and thicknesses with straight or inclined cuts, holes, notches.
To meet the needs of our customers, we have equipped ourselves with two assembly departments, one for welding and one for mechanical assembly, so we can offer semi-finished products ready for use.
Furthermore, we offer a powder coating service, electrolytic or hot galvanizing of both profiles and tubes, in collaboration with selected suppliers with whom we have worked for many years.
